The Great Fire

What and why are these people rebuilding? Every year wildfires blaze through Southern California. The wildfires are fueled by the Santa Ana winds. These warm, dry winds blow out of the desert from October through March. The winds can bring disaster to residential areas that have been built on the grassland. The low humidity helps dry out vegetation, making it fuel for a fire. What might happen if the winds blow during a wildfire?
