4th Grade, Research and Inquiry Activities

2. At the top of the page, find and click on What to expect at the Powwow and tips for first-timers to begin learning about powwows.
3. At the bottom of the page click on Learn About Powwow Dancers Section to find out about the dances performed at a powwow.
4. Connect back to http://www.gatheringofnations.com/powwow/index.htm and click on Powwow Schedule at the top of the page. Find a powwow that is scheduled for the future.
5. Use markers and a piece of large construction paper to create a poster that advertises a future powwow. Include the time and location of the powwow, and decorate it with dancers and Native American-style art.
