• Children will use the Internet to do research and inquiry on school workers.
• Children will learn more about what school workers do.
• Children will complete an assignment by reading about people who work in schools. They will also complete a fill• in• the• blank worksheet to show what they learned.

This Web page is presented by Ben's Guide, an educational site for kids sponsored by the US government. The site also has resources for parents and teachers.

Suggested Activities

• Have children draw a picture of a person who works at school that has helped them in the past.
• Have children make a series of trading cards. They can draw pictures of various school workers on index cards. Have them find out one interesting fact about each of these workers and write it on the back of that person's card.
